JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work is either assigned through projects (typically in Azure DevOps) and ServiceNow
- Most efforts have some form of project update meeting or daily / weekly SCRUM
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and OmniStudio to support complex business needs
- Build and enhance Experience Cloud sites to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly customer and partner experiences
- Configure and customize Salesforce components, including custom objects, fields, workflows, flows, and automation
- Develop and support integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party systems
- Collaborate in Agile / DevOps environments, troubleshooting issues, managing deployments with Git and CI / CD, and partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders
