Not open to Locums or 1099 candidates Responsibilities

Outpatient consults, in-office procedures, inpatient care, and surgeries

Participate in flexible call rotation and weekend coverage

Perform or coordinate inpatient hospital care with hospitalist support

Document all histories, physicals, procedures, and follow-ups per medical staff bylaws

Mentor APPs and clinical staff; collaborate across care teams

Ensure optimal outcomes across BJC facilities Qualifications

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

Eligible for Missouri medical license

Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills

Comfortable with a mix of surgical and non-surgical patient care

Open to recent residency / fellowship grads Compensation & Incentives

Competitive base salary

$50,000 signing bonus

$2,000 / month stipend (for residents / fellows)

Up to $100,000 student loan repayment (over 5 years)
