Key Responsibilities

Contact insurance companies for status on outstanding claims and process appeals

Manage outstanding accounts receivable and maintain productivity standards

Audit adjustment requests and communicate trends to leadership

Required Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

1-3 years of professional experience in healthcare and accounts receivable preferred

Basic math skills and understanding of medical terminology

Knowledge of insurance processing, guidelines, and managed care

Data entry skills with high accuracy
