Job Details

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and dedicated Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity to handle complex and high-profile trust and estate litigation matters. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated record in trust and estate litigation and a passion for providing exceptional legal services to our clients. This position is permanent and full time.

Responsibilities :

1. Represent clients in court proceedings related to trust and estate litigation.

2. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and others.

3. Conduct thorough legal research to support client cases and provide sound legal advice.

4. Negotiate settlements in the best interest of the client.

5. Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.

6. Develop relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and represent their interests.

7. Provide legal counsel to clients on trust and estate planning to avoid potential litigation.

8. Collaborate with legal team members to develop case strategies.

9. Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to trust and estate litigation.

10. Maintain high standards of professional conduct while providing the highest quality legal service.

Qualifications :

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing.

3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust and estate litigation.

4. Extensive experience with pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, depositions, and mediations.

5. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve disputes favorably.

6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

9. Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.

10. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients and team members.
