Join our Internal Float Pool and make a significant impact every day. You will provide and coordinate intricate patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic environments through established standards, policies, and procedures.

As an RN, you will assess patient needs, plan and implement tailored interventions, and evaluate care plans while involving patients and families in the care process. Additionally, you will anticipate and respond to significant changes in patient conditions, effectively coordinate discharge planning, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Licenses & Certifications :

Registered Nurse license issued by the state, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Required Functional Experience :

Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Demonstrates progressive ability to provide holistic patient care, recognize situational changes requiring timely interventions, and respond with confidence and flexibility. Proficiency in computer skills and electronic medical record systems, along with excellent communication abilities, is essential for collaboration and effective decision-making in this role.
