A company is looking for a Vice President, Sales (Level-Funded & ICHRA) for Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed annual new business sales goals for Level-Funded and ICHRA products
Develop and execute regional sales plans targeting brokers, consultants, and mid-market employers
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, including pipeline management and proposal development
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of sales experience in health insurance or employee benefits
Strong broker and consultant relationships within Texas
Deep understanding of Level-Funded and / or ICHRA plan designs and alternative funding models
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously
Previous experience at a high growth company is a plus
