Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A licensed practical / vocational nurse (LPN / LVN) is needed for a 1 : 1 assignment supporting a student with special healthcare needs in a school setting in St. Charles, IL.

Responsibilities include :

• Administering approximately 8 g-tube feedings daily
• Providing diabetic care, including blood glucose monitoring using the Blue Loop system
• Administering insulin and performing carbohydrate counting to support diabetes management
• Monitoring the student's overall health and municating effectively with the care team

This is a contract position providing 1 : 1 nursing support, tailored to meet the plex medical needs of a student with Down Syndrome.
