Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager position include :

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing HSE programs in manufacturing, industrial, or construction settings.
• Develop, implement, and oversee HSE policies and programs to ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, NFPA).
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and lead incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Manage emergency preparedness plans, safety training programs, and workers' compensation claims.
• Maintain HSE documentation and performance metrics; liaise with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.
• Lead environmental compliance efforts related to air, water, waste, and chemical management.
• Foster a proactive safety culture and lead continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.

Salary : $100,000 – $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
