Job Description

Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to achieve project goals. Monitor project progress and proactively address potential risks or delays. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all projects. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients. Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications. Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication among all parties involved.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Healthcare or similar large-scale, technical project experience preferred
• Background with top ENR-ranked general contractors is a plus
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
