Position description : This position requires the Lead to provide leadership, communication and education to the clinic while bridging the gap between the store and corporate office. This will require a strong ability to set direction, coach to skill set, manage behaviors, teach selling strategies and provide timely and thorough follow up. This position will require the implementation of corporate policies and procedures and ensure adherence by the staff.
