[job_card.job_description]Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) Minimum 11 years of relevant experience in network design, deployment, and operations Strong track record of delivering complex, high-availability networking solutions Expert understanding of network architecture, design, and implementation Deep experience with routing (EIGRP, BGP, ISIS) and switching protocols (STP, LACP, VTP) Hands-on with network automation (e.g. scripting, orchestration, APIs) Proven experience in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) Working knowledge of software-defined networking (SDWAN) technologies Experience deploying and operating MPLS networks Ability to rapidly learn and master new technologies and paradigms Ability to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers Skilled in authoring clear, comprehensive designs, implementation plans, and technical documentation Confident in presenting network designs and recommendations to review boards and senior stakeholders Self-driven, independent learner who thrives when mastering complex technical challenges through self-study and experimentation Excellent communicator who can bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders Exceptional depth in network architecture and design for large-scale or multi-domain environments Demonstrated success in diagnosing, resolving, and preventing complex network issues Experience with enterprise or government-scale network deployments Open, curious mindset with a willingness to embrace new technologies Be part of a high-impact, mission-driven team delivering critical infrastructure to government and enterprise clients Opportunity to influence architecture, strategy, and technical direction Work alongside skilled peers in a culture that values continuous learning and technical excellence Competitive compensation and benefits
