Position Overview :
Join a thriving neighborhood clinic affiliated with a highly rated hospital in Lubbock, TX. We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide exceptional outpatient care with no OB requirements. This position offers an outstanding work-life balance, including no evening or weekend clinic, and a patient load around 16-25 patients per day.

- 100% Outpatient Practice – Focus on patient care without hospital rounds or call duties.
- Flexible Schedule – Enjoy no evenings or weekends. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. 1-2 days a week 8am-6pm (all providers rotate).
- Staffing – 1 : 1 physician to CMA ratio, lab rad, clinic reception, referral, biller, clinic manager
- Competitive Compensation – Base salary in the upper $200,000s, plus :
- wRVU and quality bonuses
- Additional pay for supervising APPs
- Comprehensive Benefits Package – Includes paid malpractice, coverage for TX license, DEA, board certification exam, and professional dues. 30+ days of PTO.
