Our affiliate, Unified Women's Healthcare of the Carolinas, is looking for a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join their prestigious Women's Health Care Center in Raleigh, NC. Position Highlights:
Join an established and successful practice that has served the Raleigh metro area for almost 50 years.
2 clinic offices in Raleigh conveniently located minutes from WakeMed Raleigh Hospital.
Practice team consists of 9 OB/GYN physicians and 4 nurse practitioners along with a great support staff.
Duties include seeing patients, completing charting, calling back patients with labs, answering patient phone calls, patient education, sending prescriptions electronically or by phone, and administering medication.
4.5 days per week work schedule with no nights, weekends, call, or hospital shifts.
Patient Census in Clinic: up to 25-30 per day
Opportunity for quarterly productivity-based bonus income
Nurse practitioner will see both obstetrics and gynecology patients. Will also assist with procedures like IUD insertion, Nexplanon insertion, endometrial and vulvar biopsies, I&D of abscesses, and early OB ultrasound.

Requirements:
National Nurse Practitioner certification or ability to obtain
Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain
Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain
Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff
Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician
One year of full-time experience as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner is preferred
