Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Porter Ranch, CA is seeking a seasoned Spa Manager with a strong background in high - volume retail or hospitality to lead a fast paced, multi service spa business. This role is designed for an experienced operator with 5 - 7 years' experience in a similar role driving sales and owning full accountability for people, performance and profitability.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience leading a $3M+ retail, hospitality, spa, or personal care business
  Direct management of 35+ employees across multiple roles
  Full P&L ownership with the ability to analyze performance and drive strategy
  5+ years of senior sales leadership, including commissionbased environments
  5+ years building, managing, and holding leaders accountable
  Background in highvolume hospitality, retail, spa, or personal care

What Youll Do:
Own all aspects of daily operations, financial performance, and guest experience
Lead, coach, and develop a large, diverse team in a fastpaced environment
Drive revenue, sales performance, and labor efficiency
Build a strong culture of accountability, service excellence, and results
Execute business strategies that improve profitability and team performance
