Community Consolidated District 89 POSITION SUMMARY : We are seeking a Long-Term Social Work Substitute to fill an FMLA leave for the FY26 school year with the approximate dates of 2 / 9 / 26-5 / 22 / 26.

QUALIFICATION :

Ideally this candidate would have the following qualifications.

• Completion of a Masters degree program in school social work.
• Evidence of professional certification as a School Social Worker in Illinois.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : (Other duties may be assigned.)

SKILLS REQUIRED : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the skills and abilities required

Salary : $180 a day for a long-term substitute teacher
