Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in operations management, business, or a related healthcare field

5+ years of experience in Registry Management, with at least three years leading teams of 30 or more

1+ years of experience managing a business portfolio focused on partner satisfaction and service delivery

Experience in driving operational efficiency and cost optimization

Strong analytical capabilities and experience leveraging data for continuous improvement
