Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Clinical Service Managers and support specialists, assessing performance and ensuring adherence to policies
Lead and manage a business portfolio, ensuring partner satisfaction and efficient service delivery
Collaborate with various teams on new projects and operational analysis for senior leadership
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in operations management, business, or a related healthcare field
5+ years of experience in Registry Management, with at least three years leading teams of 30 or more
1+ years of experience managing a business portfolio focused on partner satisfaction and service delivery
Experience in driving operational efficiency and cost optimization
Strong analytical capabilities and experience leveraging data for continuous improvement
