Experience : 3+ years in a hospital / medical center setting

License : Iowa Respiratory Care License

Certifications : BLS (AHA), NRP or PALS certified

Must-Have :

Experience in PICU or NICU is preferred.

Experience with HFOV, Jet, Servo U equipment is required.

All certifications and Iowa RCP license must be in hand.

EPIC EMR experience is required.

Description :

This position offers same-day interviews.

Qualified candidates should prepare to receive a call from a designated area code.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the individual will contribute professional knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients using the nursing process.

The role may involve working with patients of all ages and handling various respiratory equipment.

The candidate may be required to float across different facilities as needed.

The individual may assist in the general Pediatric floor when necessary.

Travelers will have a holiday schedule that includes working on certain winter holidays.

Submission of skills checklist within the last year is necessary.

Proof of residency is required to verify compliance with traveler policies.

References are to be provided, including a supervisory performance evaluation from within the last two years.
