Join our team as a Certified Behavior Analyst (CBA) and make a significant difference in the lives of others while receiving exceptional support throughout your journey.

Please Note : We do not facilitate training for CBA certification—candidates must possess an active CBA certification upon application. Our comprehensive training program is curated to enable certified CBAs to excel within our organization.

What We Offer

What You'll Do

  • Conduct assessments and create personalized behavior plans
  • Oversee ABA programs and staff
  • Train and support caregivers and RBTs
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced CBAs

    • Requirements

  • Active CBA certification (required)
  • Experience supervising RBTs / technicians
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
