This position contributes to Starbucks success by delivering and supporting technology solutions for our ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM), Now Assist (AI capabilities), UI Builder (UIB), and REST integrations. As a Lead Developer, you will collaboratively lead, design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions that enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor developers while driving platform innovation.

As a lead developer, you will :

• Lead the design and development of ServiceNow applications and integrations, including CSM workflows, AI-driven experiences with Now Assist, and custom UI experiences using UIB.
• Architect and implement REST API integrations to connect ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
• Drive backlog refinement, solution design, and technical implementation for complex ServiceNow projects.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, durable, and accessible, leveraging best practices and coding standards.
• Champion platform stewardship, influencing roadmap decisions, managing technical debt, and introducing innovative capabilities.
• Mentor and coach developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
