Business Developer / Growth Manager

Human Capital Resources and Concepts is seeking an experienced Business Developer / Growth Manager with a proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and winning technology-based business opportunities within the Federal Government (IC and DoD) and commercial sectors. This role focuses on building and managing a robust pipeline to drive business growth.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans and maintain a pipeline aligned with company growth goals in the IC and DoD markets.
• Identify opportunities via resources like eBuy, GovTribe, and SAM.
• Shape opportunities through white papers, RFIs, and customer engagements while promoting the company brand.
• Support capture and proposal efforts, ensuring alignment throughout the business development lifecycle.
• Conduct opportunity analysis, prepare proposals, and lead responses to government solicitations.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine strategies, provide pipeline updates, and integrate project management principles.
