Canrig is on the lookout for an innovative and visionary Lead Full-stack Developer who's passionate about designing and delivering cutting-edge, fast, and reliable software solutions. In this leadership role, you'll drive the technical direction of projects, architect scalable systems, and set the standard for coding excellence across both frontend and backend development. 12 to 15 years of experience in full-stack development roles with increasing leadership responsibilities.
Proven experience in architecting enterprise-scale applications.
Strong understanding of front-end frameworks (Angular, HTML, CSS, TypeScript) and backend languages (.NET, Python, C++).
Proficient in database management (Postgres, SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
Proficient in Git, CI / CD practices, and Agile development workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field.
Prior experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
Experience designing real-time data-intensive or distributed applications.
Familiarity with additional modern frontend libraries, frameworks, or charting tools (e.g., React, Vue.js, D3.js, Plotly).
Knowledge of PLC tools and environments (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Beckhoff) and experience building tooling for PLC code generation, management, and testing.
Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker / micorK8s), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
