Rodsquad is a boutique strength-training studio offering a supportive, empowering environment for women of all fitness levels. We’re growing and looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy Strength Training Coach to join our team part-time.
This role is ideal for someone who loves lifting, thrives in upbeat social environments, and wants to be part of a results-driven, women-focused fitness community.
What You'll Do
- Lead small-group strength training sessions (max 6 clients)
- Coach clients on proper form, technique, and progressive overload
- Create a fun, positive, upbeat environment where members feel supported and confident
- Provide encouragement, accountability, and excellent customer service
- Represent the Rodsquad method and training philosophy (we specialize exclusively in strength training — no yoga, pilates, HIIT circuits, etc.)
- Attend paid, in-house training to learn our program structure and coaching style

Qualifications
Required:
- A genuine passion for strength training
- Confident demonstrating exercises and lifting movements
- Great communicator with warm, upbeat energy
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
Preferred but NOT required:
- Personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, etc.)
- Experience coaching or training others
- Background in strength training, sports performance, or resistance training
We provide full training in the Rodsquad method — personality and passion matter more than experience.
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time: ideal for someone who wants steady hours with room to grow
- MUST be available to work at least 2-3 Weekday mornings + have availability on weekend mornings
- Competitive hourly pay + raises as you grow with the company
- Opportunities for expanded hours as we continue opening new locations.
This position will work out of both Boca Raton locations (East Boca + West Boca), and Delray Beach location opening in 2026.
