As an LPN at GetWell Recovery, you will play a vital role in a multidisciplinary team, delivering compassionate nursing care to patients in a medicationassisted addiction treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Medication administration & monitoring
Safely dispense and document methadone, buprenorphine / Suboxone, naltrexone / Vivitrol, and other medications per physician's orders
Conduct intake assessments, monitor vitals, and track behavioral / physiological health changes
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, counselors, and case managers to develop individualized care and discharge plans
Provide patients with education on addiction, medication protocols, potential side effects, and self-care tips
Maintain strict compliance with narcotics handling, count sheets, and regulatory protocols
Accurately record all nursing interventions, medication administration, patient progress, and observations
Support a safe, respectful, non-judgmental atmosphere conducive to recovery and holistic healing
Qualifications
