Payment Processing Specialist

A company is looking for a Payment Processing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile lockbox deposits with bank reports and manage payment batch statuses

Process live checks and document cash payments for posting

Maintain policies and procedures while participating in unit meetings and reporting discrepancies

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

One year of medical billing experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate

Knowledge of IDX-BAR system preferred

40-45 WPM typing speed with accurate 10-key skills
