Payment Processing Specialist

A company is looking for a Payment Processing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile bank deposits with lockbox batches and manage payment statuses in the Cash Clearing System

Process electronic funds transfers and contact carriers for missing remits

Document and prepare cash payments for posting and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

One year of medical billing experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred

Ability to type 40-45 WPM with accurate 10-key skills

Previous knowledge of third-party payer reimbursement preferred
