🛠 Role Responsibilities

🔍 Diagnose Mechanical Issues: Inspect malfunctioning equipment, identify mechanical problems, and create accurate repair plans. Work closely with the Parts Department, management, and fellow technicians to ensure high‑quality, efficient service.

🔧 Perform Repairs & Maintenance: Install new components and complete routine maintenance to keep vehicles in top condition.

🤝 Support Customer Understanding: Clearly explain diagnoses, repair recommendations, and options to help customers make informed decisions. Troubleshoot concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure exceptional service satisfaction.

📝 Document All Work: Record repair and maintenance activities thoroughly and accurately. Note additional concerns and prepare detailed service reports.

• Ability to clearly read, interpret, and communicate technical information
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, systems, equipment, and related technologies
• Required certifications, licenses, and local registrations (pay based on experience)
• Flexible schedule
• Must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and possess a valid driver's license
• Must successfully complete all pre‑employment screening
