Construction Administrator

A company is looking for a Construction Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Review architectural and interior drawing sets for clarity and completeness

Use the platform to structure design intent into items, rooms, locations, and schedules

Track revisions, changes, and approval states accurately

Qualifications

Architecture degree preferred

3-5 years of US Construction Administration experience

Hands-on experience with RFIs, submittals, and plan revisions

Strong ability to read US architectural and interior plans

Experience working with Procore or similar construction PM systems
