A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Regional Director for the Northeast Region.
Key Responsibilities
Implement standardized Sales Enablement Sessions and drive adoption of enablement tools
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute Regional Enablement Sessions for internal and external stakeholders
Support the onboarding process for new colleagues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role focused on sales activities, preferably in the security industry
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
Must reside in or relocate to the U.S. Northeast region
Proven ability to drive change and develop strategies for growth
Experience operating in a matrix environment with diverse teams
