Pay : $21.00 – $28.00 per hour, DOE

Hours : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Looking for a full-time fabrication role in a world-class metal shop? Join a respected local manufacturing company known for high-quality contract fabrication work as a Welder Fabricator in Eugene, Oregon.

As a Welder Fabricator, you’ll play a vital role in performing MIG, Fluxcore, and occasional TIG welding, operating fabrication equipment, and preparing metal components for assembly. You'll work on a diverse range of metal products and custom projects—ideal for welders who enjoy hands-on, varied tasks.

What You’ll Do :

As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for :

Performing Hardwire / MIG welding and Fluxcore welding with precision.

Completing occasional TIG welding as needed to ensure project specifications are met.

Grinding and deburring metal parts using handheld and palm grinders to achieve a polished finish.

Operating drill presses and press brakes to fabricate components accurately.

Removing parts from laser cutting machinery and burn tables efficiently.

Tack and spot welding components to prepare for final assembly.

Reading and measuring accurately with tape measures to ensure high quality standards are maintained.

Maintaining a clean and organized shop environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Supporting production goals by delivering high-quality, consistent work on every project.

What You’ll Bring :

The ideal candidate for this role will have :

Prior welding experience (required).

Proficiency in MIG and Fluxcore welding; TIG welding is preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.

Capability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

Attention to detail and strong fabrication skills that contribute to the quality of work.

Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic to thrive in our team-oriented environment.

Location & Schedule :

This position is on-site in Eugene, Oregon, with a full-time schedule of Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM.
