Corporate Private Equity / M&A Associate

• Practice Area / Medical Unit : Corporate – Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity
• Location : Los Angeles, CA
• Schedule : 360 Hybrid based on firm policy; full-time with standard billable expectations (~2,000+ annually)
• Salary : Estimated base range of $260,000 to $420,000 with performance-based annual bonuses.

Description :

This role focuses on advising private equity funds and corporate clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, minority investments, and other complex transactions. You will handle all stages of the deal lifecycle—drafting purchase and ancillary agreements, managing due diligence, leading negotiations, and coordinating multi-jurisdictional closings. You’ll also advise clients on general corporate governance and compliance matters. The position offers high levels of responsibility, early client contact, and a clear track for advancement to senior leadership.
