JOB DESCRIPTION :

As the Director of Ecommerce, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that drives growth, profitable customer acquisition, and LTV in a way that aligns with The Foggy Dog’s brand and mission.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of innovating and scaling DTC businesses, building high-performing teams, optimizing the ecommerce funnel and delivering quality customer experiences. S / he will ideally live near San Francisco, CA, where our office is located (we are currently hybrid and come into the office twice a week), though we will also evaluate qualified remote candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

Acquisition Marketing :

• Own and scale paid acquisition channels including Meta, Google, and direct mail in partnership with our media buyer.
• Optimize performance marketing efforts to improve aMER and contribution margin through rigorous testing and analysis.
• Identify and test new customer acquisition channels and campaign opportunities.

We aim to pay competitively for our company size and industry. The base salary for this position is $150,000+ per year and we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer. In addition to salary, we offer all employees additional benefits, outlined above.
