Payroll Supervisor (Houston)

JOB DESCRIPTION

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Manager in the North Houston, TX area. We are looking for an experienced Payroll professional to oversee accurate and timely processing of U.S. and Canadian payroll for a fast-growing organization with a large hourly workforce. This role ensures compliance with federal, state / provincial, and local regulations while delivering exceptional service to employees and leaders.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

5+ years payroll experience, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role. Experience with U.S. and Canadian payroll and high-volume, multi-state / province environments. Strong knowledge of UKG (UltiPro) and Kronos / UKG Dimensions. Familiarity with FLSA, ESA, and provincial standards; CPP, PCP, or FPC preferred. Proven ability to improve accuracy and scale payroll operations.
