What You'll Do :

Lead with Excellence : Oversee and manage nursing care, ensuring top-tier patient outcomes and maintaining a safe, supportive care environment.

Be a Key Decision Maker : Take charge of operations in the absence of the Administrator, Director of Nursing, or agency manager.

Drive Quality and Safety : Uphold compliance with RHS policies and national safety goals while investigating incidents, addressing nursing errors, and resolving complaints effectively.

Empower and Educate : Train, mentor, and develop staff to align with the latest policies, procedures, and best practices.

Collaborate and Communicate : Build strong relationships across a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.

Hands-On Impact : Perform supervisory visits, assist in nursing care planning, and deliver care when needed.

Optimize Resources : Assess and adjust staffing levels to ensure efficient operations and meet patient needs.
