A company is looking for a Strategic Experience Manager to manage and grow business relationships with real estate investors.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main advisor and point of contact for strategic borrowers throughout the loan origination process
Partner with the New Business team to close new deals and originate significant loan volume
Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, ensuring alignment with Kiavi's loan products
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with account management experience required
At least 3 years of mortgage experience, either non-QM or QM
Demonstrated ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Experience in formulating and presenting customer-focused solutions
Spanish speaking is a bonus
