Pay Range :
- LPN : $18.66 - $27.99 per hour
- RN : $25.00 - $37.50 per hour
Schedule : Full-time, Monday - Thursday, 7 : 00am - 4 : 30pm, Friday 8 : 00am - 12 : 00pm. Hours may vary based on department needs.
About the Role :
As an RN or LPN Float in Family Practice, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from routine check-ups to managing chronic conditions. You will work closely with the healthcare team to assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure a smooth and supportive experience for patients.
Primary Responsibilities :
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, documenting medical histories, and administering medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.Assist in the management of chronic conditions, provide patient education, and offer ongoing support for their diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness.Perform routine tests, screenings, and procedures, collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement effective care plans.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and supporting efficient care coordination.Benefits & Compensation
