A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to create holistic, learning-centered clinical education experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design cross-platform provider pathways that connect clinical tools with educational content

Build learning-centered interfaces to simplify knowledge absorption and application for providers

Contribute to the development of a cohesive Academy design system ensuring consistency and pedagogical integrity

Required Qualifications

Relevant experience in digital learning environments, preferably in healthcare

Self-starter mentality with critical thinking and data-informed decision-making abilities

Experience leading the design of cross-platform experiences

Demonstrated literacy in content performance metrics and behavioral data

Experience with prototyping and tools similar to Figma and Mixpanel
