Key Responsibilities
Provide professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
Educate customers on the features and benefits of technology products and services
Conduct follow-up communication to ensure issue resolution and gather feedback
Required Qualifications
Experience in a multi-channel help desk environment interacting directly with consumers
Background in a customer-facing healthcare-related field
Experience working with Medicare patients
Prior experience in a metrics-driven position
Experience in a remote work environment
