Video Production Lead

As the Video Production Lead youll be part of a content team focused on delivering customer-facing content for key Apple initiatives. Responsibilities include : Supports Producer(s) and assists the team by focusing on schedules crew needs and the overall efficiency of studio operations Works closely with the team in gathering information and tracking progress against approved milestones. Anticipates bottlenecks clarifies project priorities identifies risks and escalates issues that cannot be internally resolved. Clearly defines all workflows communicates documented processes and ensures all practices are being refined and tuned with learning Supports the reconciliation of video production actuals Supports in building video production budgets Identifies processes that can improve project efficiency and act as a change agent for them. Leverages network of vendors and crews to support productions

• 10 years of experience as a Production Lead / Manager (Commercials Live TV Digital etc.)
• Strong project management skills - extremely organized and proficient with the paperwork aspects of physical production
• Experience building callsheets and managing actuals (receipts PC P Card etc.)
• Proactive with an ability to multitask and work on multi projects concurrently as deadlines and / or scope shift
• Ability to support and oversee process handbooks and guidelines
• Comfortable assigning daily tasks to production coordinator and assistants
• Work closely with cross-functional partners in Finance
