About the Role

The Quality Supervisor will oversee a team of inspectors and technicians responsible for ensuring all materials, components, and finished products meet stringent aerospace and regulatory standards. This position plays a critical role in supporting customer satisfaction, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the quality inspection team to maintain adherence to AS9100 / FAA / customer requirements.
• Oversee first article inspections, quality audits, and nonconformance investigations to ensure process integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage quality documentation, inspection plans, and calibration schedules to sustain compliance and readiness for audits.

Salary : $120,000 - $125,000 per year (DOE) + 12.5% Target annual bonus
