Put your skills to better use. Bradley Chevrolet in Franklin, Indiana, is looking for an individual with experience in the collision industry to join our team as an Estimator. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and writing thorough repair plans. Your ability to build rapport will be necessary as you work closely with your customers to understand their repair needs to offer valuable options. Responsibilities

  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Generating thorough and complete insurance and customer pay estimates
  • Complete supplemental estimates as vehicles are disassembled
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Verify and source correct parts
  • Understand repair procedures
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction
  • Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
  • Must have ability to multi-task.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.

  • Minimum 3-5 years estimating experience is preferred.
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with CCC, and Alldata
