Job Description :

As a Senior AI / ML Engineer at youll architect and build the multi-agent voice-powered systems for our AI health coach. This zero-to-one builders role involves LLM development agent orchestration evaluation and deployment owning the full arc from prototype to production. Youll solve complex problems designing fast safe and personalized systems to help millions live better lives.

What you will do :

Architect and implement multi-agent systems for reasoning planning and real-time health coaching using LangGraph LangChain and LangSmith.

Build and ship generative AI features across chat and voice integrating with speech SDKs to power dynamic health conversations.

Own end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion fine-tuning evaluation and production monitoring ensuring robustness and scalability.

The ideal candidate :

5 years building and deploying ML / AI systems at scale with deep Python and strong ML fundamentals (PyTorch JAX TensorFlow).

Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangGraph LangChain LangSmith agent SDKs) and voice AI systems (ASR TTS audio UX).

Background in agentic architectures (planning memory orchestration) and strong engineering instincts for distributed systems and scalable infrastructure.
