Qualifications and description for an Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing

• 2 years of sales experience is a must, customer service focused, attention to detail to follow through
• Work closely with prospective residents and their families to help them understand their options and identify their needs so they can make the best decision.
• Identify and establish new relationships with community partners and referral sources, while maintaining and strenthing existing relationships.
• Responsible for planning and coordinating admission to the facility
