Blok Party is building the world’s first lifestyle currency, a tokenized membership platform that fuses culture, hospitality, and real-world assets. Members purchase BLOKP to access private club spaces, curated experiences, and a growing portfolio of hospitality locations. Blok Party is building a model where the experiences people value most become part of their long‑term wealth.

Role Overview

We are seeking a licensed Managing Director of Capital Formation to lead accredited‑investor acquisition for the BLOKP token sale under a Reg D 506(c) structure. You will operate as the senior capital markets arm of the company, sourcing investors, running calls, presenting the model, and closing commitments with full general solicitation authority.

Responsibilities

  • Source and onboard accredited investors for the BLOKP token sale
  • Conduct intro calls, investor presentations, and follow‑up sequences
  • Communicate the Blok Party model, token structure, and SAFT mechanics with clarity and confidence
  • Guide investors through verification, subscription, and funding
  • Maintain strict compliance with SEC and FINRA requirements
  • Track commitments, maintain accurate reporting, and communicate updates
  • Coordinate with founder and legal on capital strategy

Qualifications

  • Active FINRA license (Series 7 / 82, and Series 63 / 65 / 66)
  • Proven track record raising capital for private placements, alternatives, or digital asset offerings
  • A meaningful network of accredited and high‑net‑worth investors
  • Clear communicator with strong closing instincts
  • Entrepreneurial drive; thrives in early‑stage environments
  • Clean compliance record

  • Market-rate structure based on funded commitments (commission‑only to start)
  • BLOKP Co‑Founder allocation : a meaningful token tranche that vests with contribution and performance
