Roles & Responsibilities :

Good knowledge of different operating systems, networks (LAN, WAN, firewalls) and databases

Good knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Applications, VPN, etc.

Familiar with system security, virtualization, data backup / recovery and patch management

Excellent communication and problem solving skills Certifications in MCSA / CCNA / Azure along with Network course will be an added advantage

Responsibility :

� install and configure software and hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, etc.)

� Manage network, servers and technology tools

� Set up accounts and workstations for users in the organization

� Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter

� Monitor performance and health of systems and maintain systems according to requirements

� Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution�
