Pay Range:$23.12-$34.00 per HRDescription - Provide onsite support for laptops and desktops.
- Utilize system administration skills to manage devices.
- Handle customer interactions effectively.
- Focus on reducing defects and improving service quality.
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Manage and refresh aged laptops.
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) for ticket resolution.
Key Responsibilities - Assign and configure laptops for users.
- Manage software and hardware rollouts.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user workstations.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Respond to calls and emails regarding technical issues.
Qualifications - Experience in IT Desktop Support.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with employees and contractors.
- Proven ability to meet SLAs for ticket resolution.
- Experience in a global, collaborative environment.
