Compensation & Structure This role follows an independent contractor, commission-based compensation model. Earnings are based on personal production and the families you help. Both part-time and full-time paths are available, and many new agents begin earning income within their first 30–45 days once licensed. We’re happy to walk you through what this looks like in more detail during the interview process.
