Position Overview :

We’re seeking a BI Solutions Engineer with solid experience in Power BI, Power Automate, and data modeling to help us build efficient, scalable analytics infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who’s ready to take ownership of dataflows, automation, and backend BI architecture—working alongside a dedicated Data Analyst focused on reporting and insights.

Essential Functions :

Build and maintain Power BI dataflows to support scalable and reusable data pipelines

• Develop and optimize semantic data models for reporting and analytics
• Design and manage Power Automate flows to streamline data refreshes, notifications, and business processes
• Support light development and integration of Power Apps for internal tools and data capture
• Collaborate with the Data Analyst to ensure alignment between data models and reporting needs
• Integrate data from various sources including SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud platforms
• Monitor and troubleshoot data refreshes, performance issues, and automation failures
• Document processes and provide training / support to business users as needed

Required Qualifications :

The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $72,000 to $115,000 annualized. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
