Westport is Turnbridge's only location where clients live at home versus in our residences. In that regard, the adolescent IOP in Westport has the uniqueness of supporting teens while they learn to live successfully in their home environment.

Turnbridge is hiring a full-time clinician who will on-board in February to cover our Westport adolescent intensive outpatient program. This clinician role may remain in Westport or could potentially transition permanently to New Haven (estimated timeframe : July or August). In New Haven, Turnbridge operates extended care programs for teens and young adults and this clinician role would be placed accordingly depending on programming needs.

The schedule in Westport is Monday through Friday. On days when IOP group occurs (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday), the team member will work from 11am-7pm as group occurs from 3pm-6 pm. Tuesday and Friday's schedule is 9am-5pm.

If the role transitions to New Haven, the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm or 9am-5pm.

This job in Westport Adolescent IOP is perfect for someone who loves working with teenagers and their families.
