A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to enhance employee development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the annual retrospective cycle and identify organizational development priorities

Design and manage a coaching / mentoring program to enhance skill development

Partner with group leaders to maintain and refine competency frameworks for career progression

Required Qualifications

Experience in instructional design and program development

Skills in needs assessment and organizational analysis

Proficiency in program evaluation and measurement

Experience in facilitation and coaching in remote environments

Ability to design competency frameworks and work in ambiguous situations
