Key Responsibilities
Manage the annual retrospective cycle and identify organizational development priorities
Design and manage a coaching / mentoring program to enhance skill development

Required Qualifications
Experience in instructional design and program development
Skills in needs assessment and organizational analysis
Proficiency in program evaluation and measurement
Experience in facilitation and coaching in remote environments
Ability to design competency frameworks and work in ambiguous situations
